SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-7 days for your order to be shipped to you. All packages come via USPS and are shipped Monday through Friday.

During the holidays, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Holiday orders are shipped 1 business day after your order has been processed.

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If your order has been marked as "delivered" and you have not received your package, please reach out to the United States Postal Service for further information regarding your order (1-800-275-8777).

If your order has been returned because the provided address is incorrect, you will be charged a reshipping fee.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via bettyescurlsandmore@gmail.com and include a photo/video within 5 days and we will gladly ship a replacement item to you.

If Bettye’s Curls and More is the cause of an issue occurring with your order, we will work with you to find a solution!
